I am on propanolol 10 mg on past 3 months and was on 20mg for past month.. Is propanolol 20mg a  higher dose? How to taper it down?

It’s a mild dose…u can decrease n see the dose to 10mg…then aftr 1week take half of 10mg tablet for few days then stop…
