Prone to sickness due to stomach lining

Hey, so I have been very susceptible to sickness lately and granted it is Winter, I also feel like it has something to do with my stomach lining (or lack of). Recently I experienced alcohol poisoning 3 times in two months (yes I know, young and stupid), and I'm wondering if the two are linked? Thanks in advance.

Would require more details on your sickness to be able to compare or link both. You are likely to develop gastritis which could lead to ulcers due to the alcohol poisoning. The following lifestyle changes could help in your condition: - Don't skip meals, you may not feel like eating but in such conditions you should have the reduced amount in frequent intervals(i.e. 3 square meals broken down to 5 or 6 as you can tolerate) and slowly increase as you get better. - Reduce/ Avoid spicy, fried, fatty, junk and oily food - Have a well balanced healthy diet - Exercise regularly - Increase daily intake of water to 3liters - Avoid/Stop smoking and drinking - Reduce stress through methods such as yoga/meditation.
