For the first time, I had prolonged scanty period , very light for 10-12 days , without any menstrual pain or bloating. More like spotting. Also during this period I have very coarse hair, brittle nails and heavy hairfall. What could be the underlying issue?

Pcod is saying the problem is not new one.. Causes in lifestyle of food sleep activity is continuing..  Better to find the fault in them to correct
