Prolonged mensturation bleeding for 9day

I am 43 year old female. For the first time I am having a prolonged mensturation cycle with heavy bleeding flow with clots lasting for 9 days up till now, of which the first 4 days had very little flow. Normally I have a 24-26 days cycle including a bleeding period of 4-5 days. This time with bleeding the cycle has become of 32 days. Pl. advice!
