There's a common notion that, if anyone uses same products repeatedly for a long time, there is  chance for skin not responding to those  products..!!! Is it true...??? E.g. If anyone uses Neutrogena sunscreen for a long time will the skin stop to respond after some time..??? Expert guidance needed

No, this is applicable to prolonged and continuous steroid use. As for antibiotics, the bacteria may develop resistance making it unable to defend you later, hence the recurrences
