Hi Doctor , I'm 28 yrs old, in 2016 ( when I was 26 ) , I had hair loss problem, so , to reduce DHT and 5 alpha reductase , I took saw palmetto 500 mg ( for 40 days ) and Beta sitosterol 120 mg ( for 8 days ), suddenly I found , I have no libido, no sexual attraction , facing Erectile dysfunction problm , my testicle becomes small and tight lyk a small baby , and penis become too small , I'm not getting urinal bladder pressure , I did a Total Testosterone level test and it is 3.8 ng/ml , is it low T level ? I talked to doctor in 2016, said it will be reversible , wait for a year or 2 yrs, but after two years I have the same problm , Dr gave me fluxotine tablet for 2 weeks, but I didn't get improvement, I don't know to what happened with me ? Is it curable ? Or I became permanently impotent ? To whom I should consult ? Urologist or Endocrinologist ? Please reply, Thank you .
