I had a blast injury in my left ear and I had to get it operated last year and now again I have started feeling some pain in the ear and I think the craft is misplaced again.

It is unlikely that graft gets displaced after one year of surgery. You may be having simple ear infection such as acute otitis media or acute otitis externa which can be treated easily
