My mother aged 42 years suffering from Severe Neck and Back pain for the past three days. Doctor recommended MRI scan. In MRI scan it was mentioned that " Left Paracentral disc herniation with inferior migration at C5-C6 level causing thecal sac compression, left foraminal narrowing and impingement over traversing nerve roots" Please Suggest what are the best treatments available for this Problem. Hope to get replies on this. Thanks.

Hello..... bulged disc  cannot  be relocated by any means.... If you rest for some days you can avoid bulged disc pressing  nerve root there by reduce symptoms....  If the prolapse is mild doctor  will advice you physiotherapy, if it doesn't  work and pain in severe surgery  is the final option... consult  neurosurgeon with MRI. Depending on your complaint doctor will decide.
