Upon endoscopy was detected with polyp in oesophagus and h pylori hence was given hp kit, now have pain in the left abdomen side radiating to the back after having normal cooked or minimal spicy food or sour foods, first was dull and now chronic, ct scan shows proximal small bowel loop, weight loss upto 7 kgs in 1 and a half month, constant urge to pass stool, constant thirst and urine, itchy skin and redness. What could be the problem?
