Sometimes at night in my sleep I get a sharp pain in my shin which disappears after movement

Take proper diet,yoga or meditation regularly. Take propder protein supplement. Sleep for at least 8 hours at night. Morning walk or regular exercise is very much necessary. Of problem persists then contact me through practo.
