I have problem with my foreskin. My foreskin tends to be red and I have red spots all over my penis. When I pass urine I have irritation and pain. Please help me. Red spots also hurt .

Consult a dermatologist to assess exact nature of problem in penile & prepucial skin.treatment as per nature of the disease should be started
