Yesterday at night while sleeping, I experienced pain in my left chest(away from the centre)..the pain was sharp but localized..It pained for a few minutes..then went away..and was followed by dull left neck and arm pain.. immediately after that the pain started in the chest started..sharp but localized..all of the time no other symptoms followed such as excessive sweating,shortness of breath, or dizziness..also the pain did not spread to the centre of the chest and was not a crushing one... Please help me in telling me what exactly was the pain and what was its reason? Was it heart pain or cervical pain or anxiety related chest pain?Please help as I am in great distress..
