Hellow Doctor, You prescribed me Shelcal-500 and Novelon. But sometimes I forget and sometime I couldnot take the medicine in time. Please advise me.

If you take shelcal on n off its okie. However you cnt skip a hormonal pill like novelon as it ll lead to irregularity in menstrual cycles. Consult directly for further management
