Problem to study in the light of bulb.

I don't have any problem during the daytime , I can easily read anything. But during evening when the light from the sun is gone and the room is lit with the bulbs , my eyes feel strain when I sit to study under the light bulbs( LEDs). Sometimes all the words disappear and I can see only a white blank page . My eyes feel pain and strain due to this . My normal eyesight is good , I don't have poor eyesight v myopia or hypermetropia .. It's just that during the night time ,I feel troubled in the artificial light .

This is an optical phenomenon. In daylight the pupil size becomes small and there is pinhole effect that leads to better focusing of light. The artificial light is different in composition from the natural light and has a lower Intas well. Pupil size becomes large and there is a lot of refocused light that falls on the retina leading to a blurry. Use a table lamp that throws light on the book that you are reading. OT will help. Also maintain a distance of 30 to 50 cms while doing near work. Do not read while lying on your belly and do not stoop over the reading material.
