Dear sir, I am having pain during retracting my penis outer skin, while erections, it is severe, i am able to retract my penis outer layer but having pain, sensitivity to touch making me so embarrassed, may i know what kind of a problem it is, what are the treatments available, is dis problem is serious, kindly give me the answer.
