Problem regarding sex life

I'm got married last month and during our first intercourse didn't show that my virginity is lost. No bleeding at all. Noe my husband has trust issue about me and he says that I had sex with other guys and from that, I lost my virginity. Now he doubts that I had abortions earlier. But I didn't do such thing. Is there any medical test that I can prove that I didn't do any abortions earlier. Please help.
