Hi , I m suffering from a disease which i don't know, but reading the articles from the internet i m pretty sure it might be a balanitis. From last two or three days. 1- swelling in my penis not able to touch and when i touch it a harsh burning sensation feel. 2- tiny ulcer observed on the tip of a penis . 3-milky discharge coming out from penis which is smelly. 4- burning at time to pee . 5- Not able to wear tight clothes even under wear and when do the same Very pain in my penis... PLZ help And right now i m using castor-nf cream and medicine like cetcip l ..which is prescribed by medical store.
