Relatively small size left kidney with incomplete pelvic-ureteric junction obstruction causing moderate to gross hydronephrosis, parenchymal thinning. Left kidney shows normal enhancement and excretion; however there is hold up of the excreted contrast for approx 30minutes what does this mean?
