Docotor now a days, I feel a gap between my penis and scrotum. It also causes some dull ache and I feel as if my testicles hang pretty low and scrotum looks quite loose. It also started few days back when I accidently masterbated using Shampoo and pressed my scrotum. Sometimes it also gets constricted and tight but at night it hangs low and causes little pain . I am just 17. Please let me know whether this is something to get concerned about. Is it normal or if not, what is the problem ? Please hereby find the pic attached. Also find the sonography report.
