***Recurrent cystic swelling in antero-medial aspect of right lower leg (Post twice operation) MRI- multiloculated          cystic mass Mantoux test- negative Post operation HPE- Granulomatous CBNAAT- negative Doctor adviced to start AKT-4 .. should i start the medication ??? Thank you
