Problem occurred after blood transfusion

Sir My grandmother was facing respiratory problems and was rushed to Vivekananda Kendra hospital at Bina(Sagar district) . She was diagnosed with low Haemoglobin level around (3 grams per litre) . She was transfused with 2 unit of blood and after having transfused blood ,she started getting restless and fainted . She has been having this fainted condition for over 3 days. She is lying totally unconscious on bed and certain fluids and medications are being done through IV medium. She is fighting between life and death. She is 89 years old. I am looking forward to hearing from you something substantial and useful which can save my Old ailing grandmother. Please help me sir.
