From 4-5 months. I am facing this strange problem. Some liquid is leaking within the urine tube . And collected inside the meatus. When I look my penis tip from outside. Some moisture gathered around the tip. I tried to dried the tip . Again within few minutes. I don't know whether that is urine or semen drops. Which is leaking inside the tube. Because of that my lower back is also paining.
