Problem in Urination

From Last 7 days he is facing difficulties in urination. Urine does not comes easily.He feels  Irritation in penis during urination. So he did a ULTRASONOGRAPHY Test for lower abdomen. So sir now please suggest medicines to cure the problem . Please see the atachment.
