My penile skin develops a white or pale yellow color substance almost everyday. If I don't wash it for a day then it gets a rash or itchy spot or redness. Urinating is a bit uncomfortable during that time. If I masturbate then the problem gets worse. Keeping it clean and applying coconut oil has helped but the problem won't go away. I have masturbated regularly in my past. I'm underweight. I'm 5'8" weighing 50kgs. I also feel my penile skin has developed a white layer and my size of penis has shrunk. I'm not sure about these to things but I feel it has happened. I have an uncircumcised penis.
