Problem in teething

My daughter teething started at when she was 9 months.now she s 13 months old.front upper 4 teeth and front bottom 3 teeth after that no teeth has come is this because any deficiency or normal pls suggest thanks in advance.

This is normal. The front 8 teeth come in first- 4 at the bottom, 4 on top. Then the baby molars ( teeth at the back) come in around a few months later. It is quite normal to have bursts of erupting teeth, and then a break with ( seemingly) nothing happening.

The primary teeth eruption starts from 6 months..but it may be delayed in some ..nothing to worry..

This is absolutely normal. The teeth remaining erupt 15 months onwards. So please don't worry.
