Problem in swallowing food.

My son is 1.4 year old... The problem is he only eats semi solid mashed food.. wenever I try to feed him solid for eg chapati or rice even in very small bites he is unable to swallow Nd every time he vomits .. he just has 4 upper front teeth Nd 3 lower front teeth.
