Problem in Pregnancy Time

Dear Sir/ Madam My Wife is suffering from Vomitting & whole abdomen ache with mild headache. Now according to medical supervision, Doxinate Plus is taken on regular basis. She is also have constipation and indigestion. She is also feeling less hungry than before. Plz Suggest some valuable advice. Regards Pintu Hela
