B/L overies- RO- 3.8×1.6 cm LO- 3.7×2.2 cm Normal in size , shape and echogenicity with multiple mostly peripherally arranged follicles​ of ~4-6 mm size on both sides ( Advise : LH/FSH ratio to rule out PCOD) No sizeable adnexal mass lesion. Is it any problem to getting pregnant. What it is ? As I affected with PCOD?

Pcos patients hv chronic anovulatory cycles so it many a times becomes difficult to conceive. However only on basis of ultrasound its difficult to say.other test hv tobe done and correlation with symptoms is important. With ovulation induction nd follicular monitoring chances of conception increases.
