Due to some childhood problems, Now there is a problem in my penis. near the root of my penis ,veins look like shrinked ,because of binding my penis with some sexually erotic cloths ,so what should i do? please help

It does not look like there is any problem. Shrunken veins pose no hazard. If in doubt consult a doctor.
