I have pansinusitis with polypsis. Can it be treated with medicine or required surgery. I am not feeling any pain or discomfort in my nose.

You are having Pan Sinusitis. Preferable to do Functional endoscopic Sinus Surgery. Problem can be reduced to varied extent medically also.
