There are some white tiny dots on my penis head and foreskin which increases if i cover my penis with foreskin . My meatus opening also sometimes hurts inside my pant . I dont know the reason . I never had sex before but i used to masterbate frequently . I dribble at the end of the urination . Is there anything to worry ? I am little bit tensed . I think all the problem arise due to overmasterbating . Please tell me what should i do ?
