Hello. If the other fallopian tube is open, you can take fertility medications to induce ovulation like Clomiphene. Combine it with timely intercourse or Intrauterine Insemination (IUI). If your male’s semen analysis is fine, you can try 2-3 cycles of IUI and conceiving will not be a problem. However, if you do not conceive after 3 cycles of IUI, you can plan to go for an IVF treatment depending upon your AMH (anti-mullerian hormone) levels.

Hi,have you done a laproscopic surgery? If not that is to be done, especially with your bag report saying right tube is not visible/blocked. After that, if any one if the tubes patency is confirmed you can go in for higher treatment modalities  to help you get pregnant. Most importantly don't be too anxious, it gives the body a stressful environment which is not good for your concerns of getting pregnant.

Hello. You will need to undergo a hysterolaparoscopy to evaluate uterus and fallopian tubes. You can be given ovulation induction since as per your description, left tube seems normal. See a gynaecologist with your previous reports and papers. You can also visit me in Andheri for the same
