I hv left tube block at cornual end.Right tube patent.I Hv An endo polyp 0.9*1.4.Is laparoscopy needed? Or hysteroscopy wll remove block nd polyp . My husband sperm was 6millions.After medicine it was 22millions Should he continue medicine?plz suggest
