Hi dr. We r married from 4year myself and my wife don't have any complication my semen analysis was also good and my wife all reports are also normal we have done hsg also that is also no problem. We done iui also one cycle but not successful. Now my Dr. Saying that my wife have fibroid in postier wall that can be a problem in conceiving now she need a laparoscopic myomectomy to remove fibroid which is 4cm after operation 3 month rest there after try for normal cycle or iui it can be successful. Went we went for 2nd opinion to another Dr. She is telling do iui 2 more cycle after do operation. Please help me Dr what should we do now shall we try iui or go with operation. Thank you
