I found some mass hanging out from anus 2 years back.doctor told its not piles and nothing to worry.try to push inside.But it didn't go and today I'm feeling itchy and some discomfort in that area.what should be do?

Is there pain while pooping? Any blood loss while pooping? Do you history of constipation or Do you strain while passing stools? Is the surrounding area red and swollen? Need some history to evaluate the cause and treat accordingly.
