I want to marry with my cousin...He is my mother sister son ... If we marry then whats the problems are faced to our baby ?

Well,although not absolute,but the risk  of congenital abnormalities are much higher in consangineous marriages. But as they say,love conquers all!! If willing for the risk,and if all agree,go ahead.
