Hi, My friend age is 38+, Please tell what is the probability of pregnancy and child birth. I have concern because of age. Please guide us. Thank u

As long as she has no harmonal imbalance or deficiency and her Ultrasound report says all normal with fallopian tubes patent it's ok she can conceive and have a normal delivery.
