There is a rare chance that you will conceive the month in which laparoacopy is done Generally bleeding is there after hysteroscopy not laproscopy.... Why didn't you tried for iui after hsg and bedor laparoscopy... Generally laparoscopy is done if there is more than 2 iui failures or if any disease is suspected on ultrasound.or if you have any symptom s like painful periods or painful intercourse.
