Its painning really high i have do 10 session at physical therapist it but it still the same.my right buttocks paining and pain near gluetes pls help thanks in advance

Piriformiosis syndrom.. dnt worry continue the physio treatment ultra sound and ift.. he will teach u some glueteus muscle strengthening exercises with thigh and pelvic tilt exercises. Follow urs physiotherapist advises. Hope u get well soon.. TC

With out check up hw can I help u .but OK fine according ur situation all things had done but pain is still y not u use laser treatment can u tell me pain radiating in legs or back ya only one point And u can continue physiotherapy only ultrasonic and laser treatment no stretch no any exercise take rest and avoid also walk n don't worry sahi ho jaigo welcm
