Hi from few days i have developed these serious prickly heat rashes from sweat as i do cooking and doing intense home exercises as well daily but for these prickly heat cant even put my hands down as i dont have ac in my house so i will sweat cant do anything but can you suggest some treatment or medicine for this?can i apply candid b dust powder on my armpits?or any tablet?
