This is not prickly heat Its P rosea which occurs due to various reasons Any history of medication Sore throat ?

It's not prickly heat. It is Like Pityriasis rosea. Need still more clinical pics of the rashes on body parts like trunk. Need direct consultation and medication for better diagnosis and to prevent further increase of the rash
