I sometimes get pain as if someone is pinching needle at the middle of chest. Is it related to gas or acidity? Thanks

Do in the same way how do you people think you will write a line and we doctors should come up with a 100% correct diagnosis. When you ask something give a detailed medicial history. Thanks
