If I was to go to a doctor to get a urine test to see if I am pregnant, 1. Will it cost me anything? 2. If I am 17 years of age, are they allowed to tell my mum?

Hello I understand your concern Don't worry urine test will cost you around 100-200rs For urine test they are not supposed to tell anything to it relative But if you go for abortion then they will have to ask for there consent
