I am suffering from continuous headache for about 3 days with pain in cheekbones, at cheekbones it feels like being pierced. Moreover I can barely breathe as nose blocked. I am taking an expectorant still not having any effect also. Please help.

As per your description you might have developed acute rhinosinusitis.. need to take antibiotics and other supportive treatment.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment.
