Hi, I suddenly started feeling kind of pressure build up in my left ear. I feel that my left ear is kind of clogged and stuffy. There is no pain and no other symptoms. Please assist.

It may be because of eustachian tube dysfunction or wax. please provide detailed history for proper diagnosis and treatment.
