Can someone please explain this prescription attached? I am unable to understand this.Doctor said i am having infection in my eye.please explain the terms the doctor have written.

Hello Ma'am..the issue mentioned is Both Eyes Dryness with Left Eye Bacterial Conjunctivitis. He has prescribed you 2 Eyedrops to be used 1 drop 4 times a day for 7 days and 1 Eye ointment to be put inside the eye at bed time for 7 days. Keep a gap of 15 minutes between each Eyedrops and Eye ointment. Go for follow up after 7 days or earlier if the issue is not showing any signs of relief.
