Hi Since your cylindrical number is high and you have a squint definitely you need to wear glasses after proper Refraction and orthoptic assessment
Next Steps
visit nearby ophthalmologist and start glasses wear regularly

Hello mam U have significant power in both the eyes and u need to wear glasses and I m sorry to say naturally it won't go. It would have been better if u have mentioned what is ur vision in both the eyes. Regarding squinting, it's difficult to comment without proper evaluation.
