Nevlon is just a moisturizer yes you can use that there is no problem.... However dutawin is dutasteride and it should not be used without a prescription by a qualified dermatologist. I'm the first one in India who has conducted and published a study regarding the use of Dutasteirde in hairloss.  I do use it for my patience at times but if they really need it. Hope this is helpful.
