Hi doctor, I am planning for a trip in this month which is coinciding with my period's date . What is better to postpone or prepone periods? And how should it be done in either case?

Prepone is usually not successful so better to postpone it.Meet to gynaecologist and discuss with her.After examination she will prescribe some medicine  .She will also explain when to start and for how many days.
