I masturbate since 2 years and around few months, it getting worsen. I do almost regularly. Sometimes reading tends to 2-3 in a day. I noticed that my ejaculation becomes more earlier as it seems to be around 1 year ago or when I started. I can't last longer than 10-20 seconds. I tried stopping my habit, but in a week it goes to 4-5 times. Can this ejaculation time increase by some method or something you advice? Is it treatable or it will be like this for whole life?
